  1. NAZIV PROJEKTA:<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

    Pove\u0107anje konkurentnosti tvrtke IML net d.o.o. nabavom i implementacijom informacijsko-komunikacijskih tehnologija<\/p>

    1. KRATKI OPIS PROJEKTA:<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

      Svrha projekta je rje\u0161avanje problema u postoje\u0107em sustavu tvrtke koji se javljaju zbog nepovezanih dijelova sustava poslovnih procesa zbog kojih dolazi do pogre\u0161aka u poslovanju, do produ\u017eenog vremena trajanja proizvodnog procesa i do stvaranja dodatnih tro\u0161kova, a u svrhu pove\u0107anja konkurentnosti i tr\u017ei\u0161nog udjela prijavitelja na doma\u0107em i stranim tr\u017ei\u0161tima.<\/p>

      Projekt se sastoji od ve\u0107eg broja projektnih aktivnosti od kojih sredi\u0161nji dio projekta obuhva\u0107a nabavu i implementaciju programa za upravljanje poslovanjem.<\/p>

      Provedbom projekta unaprijedili su se i automatizirali poslovni procesi i u skladu s time pove\u0107ala se brzina i preciznost procesa proizvodnje i popratnih administrativnih poslova. Isto je umanjilo mogu\u0107nost pogre\u0161aka koje su nastajale zbog zna\u010dajnog udjela manualnog rada te pove\u0107anog broja koraka prilikom obavljanja odre\u0111enih zadataka. Ubrzan je uvoz, izvoz i obrada podataka i dokumenata. Realizacijom projekta cjelokupno poslovanje se povezalo u jedan sustav pri \u010demu su se uklonile manjkavosti u poslovanju, skratilo se vrijeme trajanja proizvodnog procesa \u0161to je dovelo do pove\u0107anja kapaciteta proizvodnje, pove\u0107anja produktivnosti rada djelatnika i smanjenja tro\u0161ak proizvodnje po jedinici proizvoda. U kona\u010dnici navedeno dovodi do pove\u0107anja prihoda od prodaje, prihoda od izvoza, a time i pove\u0107anja tr\u017ei\u0161nog udjela tvrtke na doma\u0107em i stranim tr\u017ei\u0161tima. <\/p>

      Poslovni procesi koji su se unaprijedili provedbom projekta su: financije i ra\u010dunovodstvo, logistika, marketing, nabava, prodaja i strate\u0161ko planiranje.<\/p>

      Ciljne skupine su tvrtke u razli\u010ditim djelatnostima koje potra\u017euju proizvode prijavitelja, a krajnji korisnik je lokalna zajednica.<\/p>

      1. Cilj projekta:<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

        Cilj projekta je ulaganjem u unaprje\u0111enje poslovnih procesa pove\u0107ati konkurentnosti i tr\u017ei\u0161ni udio prijavitelja na doma\u0107em i stranim tr\u017ei\u0161tima, utjecati na smanjenje nezaposlenosti te doprinijeti odr\u017eivom razvoju industrije u Pazinu i Istri.<\/p>

        <\/p>

        Ukupna vrijednost projekta iznosi 1.489.500,00 HRK.<\/p>

        Europska unija sufinancira projekt u iznosu od 763.197,50 HRK.<\/p>

        <\/p>

        Razdoblje provedbe projekta je od 20. sije\u010dnja 2020. godine do 20. srpnja 2021. godine. <\/p>
